Department Overview

The Special Education course offerings are divided into four programs: SDC (includes CH, MM, HI, OH/OHI, ED, VI), LH/S, SH, and RSP. Students must be designated to one of these programs through the IEP process to take special education courses. All Special Education coursework is aligned with the IEP, as well as Content and Performance Standards.

Los cursos de Educación Especial que se ofrecen están divididos en cuatro programas:

SDC (incluye CH, MM, OH/OHI, ED, VI), LH/S, SH, y RSP. Los alumnos deben estar

asignados a uno de dichos programas mediante el proceso de IEP para poder cursar

clases de educación especial. Todas las labores escolares están alineadas con el IEP,

al igual que los Estándares del Contenido Temático y de Rendimiento.
